The Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) latest report “Not just a number” underlines the positive impact that high quality services have on the lives of older people in England and says that providers should focus on delivering care safely and with high levels of dignity and compassion.

 

At HomeCareDirect we were particulary interested in the report pointing to the importance of “significant numbers of positive comments from people who use homecare and their family carers and relatives”.
