My name is Dean and I joined HomeCareDirect in March 2015.
My working history has been administration and customer services. In my previous job I was an account manager for 8 years and this is where I gained experience of dealing with people and realised I wanted to progress into a HR role. I went onto study, and gained the CIPD certificate in Human Resources Practice.
It is such a pleasure working for a company that have such a positive impact on people’s lives.
I love everyday challenges and strive to be the best I could possibly be, this is in my role as well as my everyday life.
Out of work I like to spend time and share lots of love and laughter my family, friends and adorable French bulldog called Sid 🙂
