The Social Care Commitment is your chance to publically declare your organisation is committed to delivering quality care and support services and in a recent independent survey of organisations who had signed up:

  • 85% said they have already seen or expect to see an improvement in the quality of care they deliver
  • 83% said it has lead or will lead to improvements to staff training and development

The Social Care Commitment involves reviewing or creating a Personal Development Plan and then moving on to agreeing or revisiting the seven employee statements and selecting the tasks you will do to uphold the statements. On completing sign up to all seven statements, you will get your new personal development plan plus a new date stamped certificate, both of which can be downloaded, saved and printed.
