National Minimum WageHere at HomeCareDirect we strive to pay our carers and personal assistants (PA’s) as highly as possible as we find this helps create  a team built up of people who get to know each other well, enabling everyone to build a trusting, strong and lasting professional relationship.  Further to this, due to there being lower costs than in a traditional care agency, in most cases, PA’s employed by HomeCareDirect can be paid higher wages, which can ensure a long lasting and stable relationship between an individual and their support team
