With HCD:
You do not need to be an existing professional personal carer to be employed by HCD.
We will train you to meet the needs of the person who wishes you to support them.
Both our clients and HCD value highly any existing relationship or friendship you may have with the person who has selected you to support them.
We help local people to support local people who often already know each other.
