HomeCareDirect have people based throughout the country who will help you to make the most out of directing your own support.

We have over 10 years of experience in helping people to take control over their own support at home. Each and every one of our local Community Nurse Assessors brings with them this experience of person centred planning and how to make directing your own support at home a success.

Your Community Nurse Assessor will help you to get your support package set up; from sitting with you to discuss how managing your own support works right the way through to helping you interview potential personal assistants (if you’d like their help that is!).

They will also help you to find services and activities in your local area that may be of interest.

Ongoing they are passionate about helping you to maintain a continuous and stable team of personal assistants, helping with your staff supervisions, disciplinary procedures, personal assistant training sessions and reviews.
