Camden council are responsible for social care services for this London borough, which replaced Hampstead Metropolitan Borough Council, Holborn Metropolitan Borough Council and St Pancras Metropolitan Borough Council and now covers these areas. Camden is well known for its markets and they are a major tourist attraction selling all types of interesting things including fashion, lifestyle, books, food, junk and antiques.

On the council website you can find information for adults and children regarding the services they provide and how this is delivered.  This includes care for older people, fostering and adoption, services for those with disabilities, family support, mental health services and how to report abuse.

HomeCareDirect have been working with the council and health authorities in the area for many years and continue to build strong working relationships with Camden Council – and bring choice and control to people over their care at home to many people in the area. If you’d like to hear more about how we could help you if you live in the Camden area then please get in touch, we’re always happy to help.
