I started at HomeCareDirect on the 6th January 2009 in the training department as a Training Administrator; this role enabled me to use my experience as a carer of many years, but from the office side.  I have worked in the care industry for most of my career and looking after people and making sure they are safe and happy is important to me.

In 2013 I moved into the Care Office as an independent living advisor, managing the day-to-day care that our clients receive.  This role has bought new challenges but I am enjoying my new role.

I am a proud mum to 3 wonderful grown up children and I have been happily married for over 35 years. I also have 3 granddaughters and a new baby grandson – they all keep me busy but I love it!
