Independent Living Advisor

I started at HomeCareDirect on the 6th January 2009 in the training department as a Training Administrator, this role enabled me to use my experience as a carer of many years, but from the office side.  I have worked in the care industry for most of my career and looking after people and making sure they are safe and happy is important to me.  In 2013 I moved into the independent living team as a independent living advisor, managing the day-to-day care that our clients receive.  This role has bought new challenges but I am enjoying my new role.  I am a proud mum to 3 wonderful grown up children, my eldest son is in the army 2 Mercian, and my daughter Natalie also works at HomeCareDirect and I have been happily married for 29 years – I have recently become a grandma for the first time and love it.
