Human Resources Manager

I have worked in the care industry for just over 20 years starting as an administrator and moving on to specialise in Human Resources and by 2003 qualified as a CIPD HR Manager. During my working life as a HR specialist I have worked in Adult and Children Care Services, both residential and in the community. During my time in the care industry I have delivered hands on care so can completely empathise with the work our dedicated personal assistants undertake  on a day-to-day basis and can apply my working experience in dealing with any issues.

The reason I chose the care industry over any other industry is being able to give something back and making a difference to peoples’ lives whilst undertaking a job I thoroughly enjoy. I enjoy every minute of my working time, people have a habit of always surprising me with new challenges!
