Rhona MacLean

Community Nurse Assessor

I am an RGN with over 30 years of nursing experience in the NHS and voluntary sectors. For the last 18 years I have worked with people living with long-term neurological conditions.

I am passionate about ensuring that people are able to make informed decisions about the care and support they want to receive and that professionals and PAs are equipped to support the decisions and deliver the required care.

Originally from the Highlands of Scotland, I live in North Yorkshire with my partner and our dog. We enjoy “the great outdoors” both locally and abroad, whatever the weather!  When I’m not working, I can be found relaxing with a book or working in the garden.
