As part of our on-going quality assurance programme we recently sent out our annual questionnaires to people we provide services for and who work for us to ask a few questions regarding people’s opinions of HomeCareDirect and our services. We wanted to share some of this feedback with you all.

When we asked people how they rate HomeCareDirect services overall, some of the comments we got were:

“The best, I am very happy, my life is better. It all works for me and my family. Thank you HomeCareDirect.”

“I have had the same PA for 7 years now and she has improved my life and health for the better.”

“10/10 brilliant”

“Highly professional, supportive and helpful”

Some other great comments were:

“Always getting phone calls to see how we are doing, this is great.”

“I was reluctant to start the care package but it has proved to be one of the best things that I’ve ever done.”

We also asked people to tell us if anything hasn’t worked well for them and we were pleased that there weren’t too many things but some of them were as follows:

“Recently my client and our care team we’re very unhappy about a care plan change which our client clearly didn’t want. This was rectified with empathy.”

“Trying to recruit new staff but HomeCareDirect does advertise and try to achieve this.”

“Our situation is pretty stable now, so I find it hard that the care plan needs altering at the annual review”

So we are looking at taking all this feedback on board and improving in the areas that have been highlighted to us whilst ensuring our services are highly personalised and to CQC standards.

Overall we feel the level of positive feedback we have had is a great achievement and a huge thank you to everyone involved for all your hard work and for letting us know how we’re doing.
