Where: The client lives in Shirehampton, Bristol.

About us:  We are a highly specialist neuro rehabilitation management team based in the community.  We support people who have sustained the brain injuries to rebuild their lives again.  We’re offering a valuable opportunity to join a team of supportive colleagues and work under the direction of professionals who are experts in their field within a home environment.
